What this article covers

Use this guide to plan rollout before SpurrCampus becomes part of daily arrival and dismissal.

Before you start

  • Your school has chosen a target launch window.
  • You have a staff lead for gate operations.
  • Your parent communication channel is ready.

Steps

  1. Set a soft-launch date and a full go-live date.
  2. Assign who owns structure setup, staff training, and parent rollout.
  3. Complete branch, class, student, and check occasion setup (see later guides).
  4. Run a staff-only test using sample students and QR scans.
  5. Send parent sign-in instructions and invite the first parent group.
  6. Train scanning staff at the actual scanning station.
  7. On go-live day, assign one administrator to monitor check events and confirmations.
  8. After the first day, review issues and update your procedure.

Expected result

Your team has a traceable launch plan and knows what must be verified before families use the system.
