Role-based access
Permissions in the application are tied to roles, branches, and organization membership. Users receive only the actions and data scopes appropriate to their responsibilities.
Secure login handled by the app
Authentication and session management occur in the private application at https://web-staging.spurrcampus.com. This marketing website does not process school logins or store credentials.
Student and guardian data protection
Student records, photos, and family contact details are accessible only to authorized users within the application. Schools configure who may view or update sensitive fields.
Audit trail concept
Operational and administrative events can be recorded to support accountability reviews. Schools should align retention and review practices with their policies and agreements.
Separation of public website and private app
www-staging.spurrcampus.com provides product information and demo requests only. No school records are exposed on this site. All operational data lives behind authenticated access in the application tier.
No public access to school records
There is no anonymous or public API on this marketing site that returns student or staff information. Future integrations will follow explicit, reviewed security requirements.
