What this article covers

Use this guide to keep digital access matched to your school consent and pickup rules.

Before you start

  • Your school has a written pickup and data privacy policy.
  • You know which adults are parents, guardians, drivers, or temporary pickup persons.

Steps

  1. Review your school pickup authorization policy.
  2. Collect any consent or authorization forms your school requires.
  3. Open the student profile and invite or update the adult assignment with the correct role.
  4. Confirm whether parent confirmation is still required during pickup for that role.
  5. Remove or deactivate assignments when authorization ends.
  6. Review assignments at the start of each term.

Expected result

Digital access in SpurrCampus matches your school authorization records.

Troubleshooting

  • If an adult should no longer pick up a child, remove or deactivate the assignment immediately.
  • If there is a dispute at pickup, keep the student inside and escalate to the school office.
