This register lists the sub-processors that Spurr Empire Limited engages to help operate
SpurrCampus when we process personal data on behalf of schools. It supports our Privacy Policy
and the Data Processing Agreement used with schools. We may update this page from time to
time without requiring schools to sign a new copy of the register.

School-configured mail providers
On eligible plans, a school may configure its own SMTP mail provider in SpurrCampus instead
of the default Amazon SES entry above. When a school does so, that provider is chosen and
controlled by the school. SpurrCampus sends email through the school's configured provider on
the school's instructions. The school is responsible for its provider choice and for
disclosing that provider in its own privacy notices and consent materials where required.
Changes to this register
We may update this register as our providers change. Where a change is material, we will
provide a reasonable way for schools to learn of the change, as described in our Data
Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy.
