Who should use the Resource Center?
School administrators, scanning staff, parents, guardians, and authorized drivers each have dedicated sections with guides suited to their role. Start from the Resource Center home and choose your audience.
Where do I sign in to SpurrCampus?
Parents, staff, and administrators sign in at web-staging.spurrcampus.com . This Resource Center is for help and onboarding — it does not provide access to student records.
How do schools prepare for launch?
Use the School launch checklist and Preparing your school for launch guide in the School Admin section. Configure branches, students, check occasions, and staff before inviting parents.
How does QR check-in work?
An authorized adult generates a QR code in the mobile app. Scanning staff scan it at the gate to record drop-off or pickup. Pickup may require parent confirmation. See Scanning Staff resources and Parents & Guardians resources for details.
Are the download templates legal documents?
No. Sample forms and checklists are provided for general onboarding support. Schools must review and adapt them to their own policies and local regulations before use.
Why do some downloads say Coming soon?
Template files are being prepared for release. The listings show what will be available. Check back later or contact your SpurrCampus onboarding contact for interim materials.
How do I authorize a guardian or driver?
School administrators assign roles through student assignments. Parents may receive confirmation requests when others check a child in. See Managing parents and guardians in the School Admin section.
