Parent onboarding guide

Accept your invitation, sign in, find your child, and complete your first check-in.

What this article covers

Use this article after your school sends you a SpurrCampus invitation.

Before you start

  • You have access to the email address used by your school.
  • You know your school name.
  • You can install the SpurrCampus mobile app if your school uses mobile check-in.

Steps

  1. Open the invitation email from your school.
  2. Follow the invitation link.
  3. Enter your first name, last name, and password.
  4. Accept the invitation.
  5. Sign in to SpurrCampus.
  6. If prompted, select your school.
  7. Confirm your child appears on the Home screen or under My student accounts.
  8. Open Show QR and review the available check occasions.

Expected result

Your account is active and linked to your child.

Troubleshooting

  • If the invitation is expired, ask your school to resend it.
  • If your child is missing, contact the school office or administrator.
