Using your QR code

Generate and show a QR code as an authorized driver.

What this article covers

Use this article when you arrive for drop-off or pickup and need staff to scan you.

Before you start

  • You are signed in.
  • The assigned student appears in your account.
  • You are at the correct branch.

Steps

  1. Open the app.
  2. Tap Show QR.
  3. Select the student or students assigned to you.
  4. Select the correct check occasion.
  5. Show the QR code to scanning staff.
  6. Wait for staff to verify the scan.
  7. For pickup, wait for parent confirmation if required.

Expected result

The school records the drop-off or pickup under your authorized driver account.

Troubleshooting

  • If the QR expires, generate a new one.
  • If the student does not appear, contact the school office.
