Use this article when arriving at school to pick up an assigned student.

Before you start

• Know the pickup location and time set by the school.

Steps

1. Arrive at the designated pickup location.
2. Follow traffic and parking instructions.
3. Open your QR code before reaching the scanner if safe to do so.
4. Show the QR code to scanning staff.
5. Wait while staff verify your name, role, and student list.
6. If parent confirmation is required, wait until staff says release is approved.
7. Leave only after the student is released by staff.

Expected result

Pickup is recorded and the student is released according to school policy.

Troubleshooting

• If parent confirmation is delayed, wait for school instruction.
• Do not take the student before staff confirms release.
