Before you start

  • You have reached the designated pickup area.

Steps

  1. Remain at the pickup area or move where staff directs you.
  2. Ask staff whether the student is absent, delayed, or awaiting confirmation.
  3. Do not go to classrooms unless staff instructs you.
  4. Contact the parent if the school asks you to.
  5. Wait for the school decision or leave if pickup is cancelled.
  6. Do not pressure staff to bypass release steps.
