How driver authorization works

Use this article before your first pickup or drop-off as an authorized driver.

Before you start

• The school or parent has provided your name and contact details.
• You have completed any required authorization form.
• You have received and accepted your SpurrCampus invitation if required.

Steps

1. Accept the invitation from the school.
2. Create your password and sign in.
3. Confirm the assigned student appears in your app.
4. Ask the school whether your authorization is recurring or temporary.
5. Ask whether parent confirmation is required at pickup.
6. Carry ID if your school requires it.

Expected result

You know which students you are authorized to transport and what the school will verify at the gate.

Troubleshooting

• If the student is missing, contact the school before pickup time.
• If your authorization is temporary, confirm the end date.
