What to do if your authorization expires

Renew authorization before the next pickup or drop-off.

Use this article if your QR no longer works or your assigned student no longer appears.

Before you start

  • Confirm you are signed in with the same email the school invited.

Steps

  1. Check whether the student still appears in your app.
  2. If missing, contact the school office.
  3. Ask whether your driver authorization expired or was removed.
  4. Complete any updated authorization form required by the school.
  5. Wait for the school to restore or renew the assignment.
  6. Do not attempt pickup until authorization is active again.

Expected result

Your driver access is either renewed or the school confirms you are no longer authorized.

Troubleshooting

  • If authorization ended by mistake, ask the school administrator to review the student assignment.
