What to do if your phone is lost or changed
Restore access and protect your account after a device change.

Use this article if you lose your phone, replace it, or cannot access the app.
Before you start
- You still have access to your email if password reset is needed.
Steps
- Install the SpurrCampus app on the new phone.
- Sign in with your existing email and password.
- Use Forgot password if you cannot remember the password.
- Contact the school if your email address changed.
- Tell the school if the lost phone may still be signed in.
- Confirm your child still appears after signing in.
Expected result
You regain access using your existing account instead of creating duplicate accounts.
Troubleshooting
- If password reset does not arrive, check spam or ask the school to confirm your email.
