What to do if your phone is lost or changed

Restore access and protect your account after a device change.

Use this article if you lose your phone, replace it, or cannot access the app.

Before you start

  • You still have access to your email if password reset is needed.

Steps

  1. Install the SpurrCampus app on the new phone.
  2. Sign in with your existing email and password.
  3. Use Forgot password if you cannot remember the password.
  4. Contact the school if your email address changed.
  5. Tell the school if the lost phone may still be signed in.
  6. Confirm your child still appears after signing in.

Expected result

You regain access using your existing account instead of creating duplicate accounts.

Troubleshooting

  • If password reset does not arrive, check spam or ask the school to confirm your email.
