Linking to your child
Understand how your school connects your account to your child.

Use this article if your child does not appear after sign-in.
Before you start
- Your school must create the student account and invite you to it.
Steps
- Sign in to SpurrCampus.
- Check the Home screen for your child.
- Open My student accounts if using the web portal.
- If the child is missing, confirm you used the invited email address.
- Contact your school and provide your name, email, and child name.
- Ask the school to confirm the student assignment.
Expected result
Your account shows the child or the school has the details needed to correct the assignment.
Troubleshooting
- Only the school can add or correct student links.
- Do not create another account with a different email unless instructed by the school.
