Linking to your child

Understand how your school connects your account to your child.

What this article covers

Use this article if your child does not appear after sign-in.

Before you start

  • Your school must create the student account and invite you to it.

Steps

  1. Sign in to SpurrCampus.
  2. Check the Home screen for your child.
  3. Open My student accounts if using the web portal.
  4. If the child is missing, confirm you used the invited email address.
  5. Contact your school and provide your name, email, and child name.
  6. Ask the school to confirm the student assignment.

Expected result

Your account shows the child or the school has the details needed to correct the assignment.

Troubleshooting

  • Only the school can add or correct student links.
  • Do not create another account with a different email unless instructed by the school.
