Managing parents and guardians
Invite parents, guardians, and pickup persons to the correct student accounts.

Use this article to link adults to the children they are allowed to view or check in.
Before you start
- The student account exists.
- The student has an active enrollment.
- You have confirmed the adult email address and role.
Steps
- Go to School Management → All student accounts.
- Open the student profile.
- Find the assignments or invitations section.
- Click Invite user.
- Enter the adult email address.
- Choose Parent, Guardian, or Driver.
- Send the invitation.
- Check the pending invitation list for resend or revoke actions if needed.
Expected result
After accepting, the adult can see the assigned student in SpurrCampus and use the permissions attached to their role.
Troubleshooting
- If a parent does not see a child, confirm the invitation was accepted and assigned to the correct student.
- If the wrong adult was invited, revoke the pending invitation and send a new one.
