This page explains how to request deletion of your personal SpurrCampus user account and what happens to associated data. It is published by Spurr Empire Limited.
Who this applies to
This process applies to personal login accounts on SpurrCampus—for example parents, guardians, authorized pickup persons, or staff who sign in with email and password through the web portal or SpurrCampus application.
It does not delete a child’s student record at a school. Schools control student data. To change or remove student information, contact the school directly in addition to (or instead of) requesting account deletion here.
How to request account deletion
Follow these steps to ask us to delete your SpurrCampus user account:
- Send an email to admin@spurrcampus.com with the subject line “SpurrCampus account deletion request”.
- Include in the message:
- The email address registered to your SpurrCampus account
- Your full name as shown in your account
- The school or organization name (if you know it)
- A brief statement that you want your account and associated personal data deleted
- Verify your identity. We may reply to confirm you own the account (for example by responding from the registered email or providing additional details). We process requests only after reasonable verification.
- Confirmation. When deletion is complete, we will email you at the address you used for the request. Deletion is typically completed within 30 calendar days of a verified request, unless a longer period is required by law or an active dispute.

What we delete
After a verified request, we delete or anonymize personal data tied to your user account, including where applicable:
- Account profile (name, email, phone number)
- Profile photo / avatar stored for your user
- Active login sessions and refresh tokens
- Device registrations and push notification tokens for your account
- Notification preferences linked to your user
- Parent/guardian assignments linking your user to student accounts (you will no longer access those students through your login)
What we may keep
Some information is not removed when you delete your login account, or is kept for a limited time, as described below:
- School-controlled student records (enrollment, check-in/check-out history, photos uploaded by the school, bulletins, and messages sent by the school) remain with the school and SpurrCampus as the school’s data processor. Deleting your login does not erase the student’s file at the school.
- Historical check-in/check-out and safety records created while you used the platform may be retained by the school or in aggregated audit logs where required for child safety, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
- Billing, contracts, and support tickets relating to a school subscription may be retained as required for accounting and legal obligations.
- Security and audit logs (for example sign-in attempts, IP addresses, and administrative actions) may be retained in pseudonymized or minimal form for fraud prevention and security, typically up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Backups may retain copies until the next backup rotation cycle (typically up to 90 days), after which they are overwritten.

Before you delete
- You will lose access to SpurrCampus, linked students, QR check-in tokens, and notifications.
- If you share access with a school only through an invitation, the school may re-invite you later with a new account.
- Export any information you need from the platform or school before requesting deletion.
